Slide 9: Conclusion

All of these species, which contribute to the biodiversity of the Alaskan Tundra, are in risk of becoming extinct. Climate change, caused by humans, is destroying this unique and valuable ecosystem one animal at a time. The biodiversity of the whole world will be severely damaged if action is not taken to save these animals, many of which are only found in the arctic region.
